I found Myoactive on the web and after seeing the good reviews, i decided to give it a go as I have been in pain due to shoulder injuries for 6 months and unable to sleep due to the pain. Been to osteo and physiotherapist which did not have positive outcome. After just 1 session with Jayden, the pain has reduced a lot where i am able to sleep better without pain and the recommended exercises also a few sessions have helped to be able to lift up the shoulder slowly. MyoActive is easily one of the best boutique facilities I’ve trained in. The staff are always so welcoming and the equipment is clean. I love the quality of the machines too. Knowing that there are physios and myotherapists on site to help when I go a little too hard is reassuring. You don’t really find that at any other gym.

Value for money is hard to beat here too. Thanks MyoActive!
