I am only giving one star as my screen was repaired......eventually. It took 17 days from having the job booked in to finally being able to collect my tablet. On 2 occasions I was fobbed off and promised a date it would be fixed, only to be disappointed on my arrival. I fail to see the point in having a job number if when you quote it the staff rely on physically looking for a device that matches your description. Seems unprofessional and haphazard. Rhett needs some customer service training in how to deal with genuine complaints in a professional manner.
