This practice has been around for years, and I have been a patient with them for 35 years. I have found all the doctors very knowledgeable and up to date with the latest medical methods, treatments and facts. I found their interpersonal skills and "bedside manner" very friendly and comforting. They all appear to take a genuine interest in the patient, not only actively listening to what the patient has to say about their current illness, but assessing correctly with appropriate action and treatment of the problem. They also explain why this is required, and reassure clients when required as well. And they treat clients as people, remembering details about the clients outside of the file, asking how family are, what work has been like etc. Overall the service is very good, and I trust them with all medical issues and will continue to do so while they still trade. The price is average, they will bulk bill if you are on a health care card, but otherwise you pay the fee and get the rebate back from Medicare same as any other practice. Cost varies according to type and length of consult. These doctors also volunteer their services occasionally at Frankston Hospital as well as working at their own practice, and take a genuine interest in their patients well being. I strongly recommend this practice to anyone who wants good medical advice and to be treated with respect.
