We have moved recently into a new home and booked these guys. The price was reasonable compared to a couple of other places I rang. They arrived on time. They were very pleasant. They moved our things with care. I did have a few items of furniture that I had to put together myself, as I didn't want to pay extra. Overall they did a terrific job. I have had much worse.

I had a part fence put up. The contractor rang me prior to the job, as I had issues with gaps in the other fences on our property from other companys. He explained to me the reason and was pleasant and helpful. I had to wait a few weeks for the fence to get done, but I was happy with the job when finished. I am now getting gaps a few weeks later though, as I was told the palings shrink. Again, my partner has had to fill in the gaps with extra palings. But at least the fence is straight.

Recently sold my house and I got Sea Change to do the conveyancing. The staff here are always pleasant and helpful. They explained things thoroughly when I was not sure. Nothing is too much trouble. I rocked up to sign paper work without notice, and its never a problem. Price is reasonable.

Took my cat here recently as he could not keep any food down for long. The vet recommended a cat food they sell which is for cats with sensitive tummies. We now use it all the time and he is the happiest cat now. It is a little more expensive but worth it. Sometimes this vet doesn't have it available, which is a nuisance, so I have to get it elsewhere. I find the receptionist is always pleasant and friendly. The vet is great. Always quick in and quick out. Once my docket would not print, so instead of waiting with a not so happy cat, she sent it to me. I also get reminders in the mail as I cant remember when the next vacc is due. Never a problem with parking either. Pricing is reasonable.

These guys are great. Always helpful and friendly. I have had my car serviced here a couple of times now. With my last service done in Feb, I rang to book in without much notice and they booked me in with no problems. I let them know when I am able to come and pick the car up, and it is always ready on time, and I receive a phone call to let me know. I recently noticed my back globe had gone, so I rocked up at Alpheys without notice and they fixed it there and then, no problems and they are always happy to help. Highly recommended.

I rang Jims as I know they will ring you back asap, and they are reliable although a little more expensive. I had a new power point installed and a wall data point for the computer. The work was carried out as expected. The electrician was polite enough. I was supplied a certificate of electrical safety. The work area was relatively clean when he left. I thought the price was a tad high but I am not an electrician. Approx. 1 and half hours work.

Bought dinner from here Sunday night. The fish and chips were even better than before. A large piece of fish with a yummy batter (not greasy) and great chips (no bits mixed in). The staff are always friendly. They get our order done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend. It is even quicker if you ring before with your order. And they always add extra potato cakes (nice surprise)

We had 2 security doors installed. One laundry and the other a huge back sliding door. From the time we got a quote to the installation, we had a very pleasant and trouble free experience. The staff were great, the price reasonable and the end product excellent. Highly recommend. They also do a few other products as well.

I ordered custom made verticals in Feb. The guy that came out to give me a quote was very nice and friendly. I did state we needed sun block as the room gets extremely hot in summer. He said the verticals we ordered where fine. A month later, they were installed, quickly and efficiently. I noticed a couple of blades were creased, there was grease on the cords and they weren't closing properly. I rang Spotlight and they came and took them down 4 weeks later to get them fixed. The blades were left on the floor and they only took the brackets. They told me it will take 4 weeks. The manager did bring us out some temporary blinds. (An extremely helpful lady who couldn't do enough to help us). On the day of the 4 weeks, I rang and said I want a refund, as I am not waiting any longer. I was told, Head Office were arguing about whose fault it was and therefore had not fixed them yet. I did receive a refund straight away. And the verticals we ordered were no good for blocking sun anyway. This whole thing took 3 months and now we still have no curtains.

Recently we had a side fence installed. Very happy with the overall service and job done. Unfortunately the fence has shrunk over a couple of weeks, but I was told this was normal because of the palings they have to use. We did have to wait a few weeks for it to get installed but I think they were waiting on our neighbor's. A pretty good job compared to our back fence which is horrendous (was already there before we built) $270 all up for approx. 9 metres
