I have been here by recommendation from my podiatrist. I have been doing pilates classes and have been loving them. Both Jen and Alana are fantastic and I highly recommend either group or personal pilates sessions with either of them.

This is a great place to bring your dog for the full treatment! The staff are excellent and prices are reasonable. It is very hard to find a place that can cater for large dogs. It's important you book as they are definitely a busy place.

I have been to this place a few times and I've found it to be great. It's a great place to have lunch. They serve nice food and the staff are quite friendly. Overall it is a cute little place.

I saw a podiatrist here 3 months ago after years of shin pain (shin splints). They assessed me and watched me walk on a treadmill and after the first session my pain was better with the exercises I was given. Now my painis gone...since wearing my new orthotics. I should've come years ago!
