Rachel certainly calmed my nerves instantly. She was fantastic, explained everything as she went along. As this was my first time, Rachel didn't "overdo" the extensions but they are certainly noticeable and I get lots of good comments. Cant wait to go back - what a wonderful lady Rachel is.
