A real sweetheart. Very caring and kind bariatric surgeon who won't do surgery just for the sake of it. I asked to have my gall bladder removed and he refused as it wasn't medically indicated - he was right.

Reception staff fantastic. Highly recommended and very respected in his field. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else. He is very definitely worth the experience.

I used to go there a lot as the hot chocolate on a winters morning was perfect. However the barista changed and it turned into very poor quality bath water.

The croissants are to die for but I wouldn't bother with the filled rolls. The fillings are much too sparse for the price and way too dry and claggy.

I stop at Witham's now, which is down the road toward the water. Quite good.

I will never go back there. I always give the benefit of the doubt, however three times, you're out.

The first time I stopped in was on a Wednesday that I had off to go to lots of appointments. The shop assistant behind the counter served me in a very desultory way, then proceeded to berate me saying "You're going to be able to go home now, I'm stuck here all day on my feet". Wait...what??? I never even engaged her in small talk, saying only what I wanted and using my pleases and thank yous. I proceeded to tell her that I actually work 80 hours a week (which I was at that stage) and I deserve a day off, if she doesn't mind, and that now I was going home after doing my shopping to cook and clean for my family!

The next time I went was a Sunday. Same attendant - no prices displayed on the bread racks. When questioned about the price of a Chia loaf, she was asked by another shopper why the prices weren't up and she said "It's Sunday, nobody's going to know". I presume she made her own prices up on Sundays and I wonder if she split the difference with her employer? Hmmm...

The third and very last time I ever went there, I waited while a young girl (who I discovered at that time was her daughter) served another customer - she seemed very sweet, the young girl. Her mother - the same woman as above - came out from the back of the store, looked at me and then stood behind the countrer, picked up a New Idea or New Weekly (one of those mags) and started reading it! Whilst I was waiting!

I didn't even bother. I walked away and promised never to go back again.

This is my experience with that one store and I hope it's only me. Because if I owned that store, I'd be furious at how my customers were treated.

I now go to the Bakers Delight 10 minutes up the road at Norwest Market Town and they are just wonderful - very fast attentive service and quality product.

Customer service attendants are really nice here. Food is food - to be expected - you know what you're in for buying from here.

Problem is that they've recently installed two Order stations in the drive through...which would work if they had more than one person taking the orders at the window!

So what happens is that all the cars get gridlocked, nobody wants to give way to anyone (gotta get their lips around that fatty food really quick!!!) and the traffic banks up all the way out of the drive in.

Makes no sense at all...go to McDonald's in Norwest Market Town. They don't have a drive-through, but they're very quick!

Petrol is petrol and you'll pay what the business is told to charge.

However the customer service attendants here are really sweet. Very nice and helpful - they try to go as fast as they can, but when you have slow customers in line, it's not their fault. I wish people would get their debit cards/fuel cards/vouchers out BEFORE they get to the window and tell the operator what pump they are at. Rooting through their wallets again for pin numbers is only holding other people up.

Not the businesses fault! The customer service operators have the patience of saints. Lovely people, nice smiles, very neat and tidy, spotless business.

I will definitely recommend them to anyone!

The first time I visited Red Rooster in 12 years :)

The chips are to die for - hot and crispy and just the right amount of chicken salt. Fresh, juicy moist chicken and all served to me by a happy, bouncy and bubbly customer service attendant who made me smile after a rotten day at work.

Take away = once a month for me as a treat. You can bet that even though this is 20 minutes out of my way, I'll definitely be back next month. Lovely people, great food (for fast food) and a really nice transaction.

Love it.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was seriously bad.

I actually went back after the first time, thinking that it was possibly just a bad day but nope - happened again.

The attendants were quite nice and polite - lovely smiles - but the food is disgusting.

I should have checked it before taking it home, but I didn't. 3 chicken wings that had obviously been cooked the day before and microwaved hot. Cool, dry, stringy and just plain disgusting.

Chips way too oily and undercooked - clearly the oil is not changed often enough and not hot enough. It was dreadful.

The second time I ordered a wing quarter of chicken with chips and a hot sauce. Same thing all over again.

Save your $ and go to McDonalds. It's just not worth it.

I love this place for my pets. Not the cheapest vet around but honestly, when it comes to your animals health, you want the kindest, most professional and caring people around, don't you?

The place is absolutely spotless! Spotless. I've been out the back due to my dog not wanting to go and I've had to drag her along the floor :) It's spotless the whole way through.

The vets are all kind and gentle. The nurses are beautiful people - there's one in particular called James who is a real character and always makes me feel better about my pets.

I have my dogs groomed there often as well and the service is fantastic. My dogs are always really comfortable and beautifully groomed. Who knew you could make a Shih Tzu look like a Schnauzer? Fantastic!

I have complete and utter confidence in the whole business and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Clearly they do not employ enough wait staff. Whilst we were shown to our tables and handed our menus pretty quickly, they then left us alone for way too long to attend other patrons.

The food, when it eventually arrived, was dreadful. I chose a pasta with chicken and avocado. The pasta was much less than al dente - too chewy and undercooked. The sauce was tasteless and watery and like soup at the bottom of the bowl. My dining partner's pizza was limp and soggy although covered with toppings, it too was rather tasteless.

The garlic bread had the most ridiculously tiny amount of garlic butter on it - less than half a teaspoon per slice if that and it was clearly not fresh garlic. Tasted like undercooked bread.

We decided to take our meals home and get out of there - it was way too noisy as the place is jam packed with tables for maximum revenue. The wait person was informed and asked to pack up our food. She promptly walked away and forgot about us!

Eventually, after getting the attention of another, we got our over priced (for what it was) food and got out of there. We will never return.

Maybe they assume country folks don't really expect much and don't have to try. They couldn't be more wrong.

It's a shame because the wait person who helped us out at last - not the person who was looking after our table - was a really lovely, very helpful person. I hope she gets a job at a restaurant that deserves her.

Great stock, lots to choose from. Hard to get the shop attendants attention, but hollering at them worked (I hate doing that but c'mon! It was obvious by the "Excuse Me" that I wanted their attention). But really really helpful once involved. Check out operators need to be a bit faster, and all but one of them were really lovely - the odd one out clearly did not like her job.

The floor was absolutely filthy. I mean FILTHY. I get it's a popular store, and there's heaps of people coming in and out. But if they were going to insist on carpeting their flooring, cleaning it just once since opening would have been a good idea. Dust, dirt, sand, crushed up box parts and torn paper strewn all over the place. One of the less busy store attendants COULD have been going around picking all that up. Were I the manager I'd rotate them to do it on a daily basis.

I definitely would NOT bring a young baby to that store - too dirty. But for value for money, it's quite good.
