The service here is very poor; the workers do not immediately take steps to make your order, instead they choose to talk with coworkers, and when you receive your order, it is not to your expectations (e.g. an ice-cream cone is not "two and a half swirls" as it should be, the fries are soggy, not salted, and not filled properly).
A majority of the cashiers call out the order (as you have to wait) when it is done, and when you come to collect it, they usually just give it to you without saying anything else, or else a rude and hasty "have a good day" is said.
As there are no other large fast-food joints in Box Hill Central, I will most likely return here. However, if one was to open, I would avoid McDonald's Box Hill.
