we have an emergency blockage today, so call the drain man. the office girl is very friendly and give us a booking even though they are very busy today. plumber Shane is very professional and helpful. called me 30 mins before he come, and after he checked the drain, he explained in very detail of what happened here, and give us options of what to do next. will definitely recommend them.
