We contacted Charles when we discovered that our bathroom was growing mould pretty much everywhere it was possible. We had tried finding the contractors responsible for the renovation the year previous, but it seemed they had gone out of business. Charles came out and did an inspection; he told us the cause of the problem was the dodgy waterproofing. We then got him to fix up all the damage that had been caused and got him to redo the renovation from scratch - our new bathroom is so clean and healthy now!
