If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere! Do not go there. Rude incompetent staff who never get back to you. My car broke down under warranty in August 2017. It took 10 days and multiple phone calls from my end to get them to give me a courtesy car. Days before they could even tell me what was wrong with it or if it was in fact covered by warranty. Then they said it would take 3 months to fix because the part had to come from Japan. They stuffed up the paperwork for our courtesy car and made us go back in to change vehicles for no known reason. Said Mitsubishi Australia might call us and check that Southside hadn’t sold the car from underneath them?! Told us we had to return the car with a full tank and detailed yet there was barely a quarter tank and it was filthy when we got it. I could go on and on. Never did I think that Christmas would come and go and I would still be waiting for an answer about being reimbursed for the cost of the tow truck. I’ve lost count of the amount of emails and calls I’ve made. The staff member has admitted it was never lodged in the first place and said it’s since been resubmitted and would have an answer for me within the week. That was before Christmas. Mitsubishi Australia don’t want to know about it either. They say nothing has even been lodged still, but contacted Southside and said I would have an answer within a week. Again... nothing. So I chased them again. Apparently now the 2IC will contact me... HA HA HAAAA this is the same dude I have been chasing since August 2017 so I am not holding my breath. Shame. I would want to know if a company was representing my brand so poorly, but not them. Disgusting service. I’ll never buy Mitsubishi again and make sure everyone knows of our experience with them!
