These days it is becoming increasingly harder to rate a business as a 5/5 as I feel customer service and getting things right the first time has dropped off. I read the reviews for Delrico, which were all very good, so I bought a retractable hose. It was delivered as advised, the product looked exactly as I wanted and it came with absolutely with everything I needed to fix the product to the wall (including a masonary drill bit). Fantastic product, fantastic service and for a person that is time poor, absolutely wrapped everything was done and delivered right first time - no additional effort or follow up from me. I'm going to buy another for the front yard. Thanks Delrico - great work!!!!
