Called into shop for mobile screen repair - none in stock but only 1 to 2 days delivery from Melbourne. Called a week later and they had the part, organised to have it fitted the next day. Next day the screen is missing and it must have been fitted to someone else's phone; asked about ordering another screen and was told they would let me know when it was in - no deposit was required. Called 2 weeks later and screen hadn't been ordered; was told I'd have to pay before they would place an order. At this point I decided their was a serious failure to communicate and a new phone was the way to go. I don't know if they have a customer service policy but it isn't working......

Both value and delivery costs are high when compared to other suppliers. Both Amazing Amazon in Glen Waverly and Pet Wave are considerably cheaper for freight ($17 express post) and $100 for 1kg of medium sized meal worms. I would recommend shopping around for your needs......
