Ken is just fantastic. He not only installed my dishwasher but spent another 30 minutes to make sure the initial test run was successful and explained how dishwasher is designed to save energy and water, which was an eye opener. I've never seen any installer with such a knowledge and professionalism. If I could, I would give him 10 stars.
