I ordered a Telopea Waratah online and paid for a pot size of 14mm which was available at the time of purchase in Geelong $18.95 + $0.77 processing fee with the option free pick up in Heatherton. Received a phone call a couple of days later the 14mm pot size was not available anymore but could get a 20mm pot size and pay the difference. I agreed. Today I picked it up and had to pay $21.00 for the balance. Was a bit in a hurry so didn't check at the time of payment so my fault that I paid too much. Online the 20mm pot size is $32.00 and processing fee is $1.10 = $33.10. I called them to let them know but was told I have to pay the shop price of $39.95 for the 20mm pot because I didn't purchase it online. That's not good enough, Diaco's.

We have recently discovered Diaco's and have visited a couple of times now. While the staff will help us if we ask we have never left particularly impressed. On our last visit Dean approached us to see if we needed help and went over and above. He was particularly helpful and answered all of our many questions. We left very impressed with his service.

Online purchased a tree -1 week later now response - called and been told to wait without checking the order details - called again and been told it is ready but one item is out of stock - wrong tree was given ,found out when flower season came - contacted at least 3 times no response - complained - promised the tree will be swoped after restriction ceased - called twice to ask for delivery after lock down - staff showed up with no notification (not sure what happened if no one was home) - swop the tree, took the new tree out with no soil on the root and planted in the hole, i questioned the tree looks dry the answer was it is fine, it will grow, alright - after 2 months all the leaves dried, dropped, no new leaves coming out, a dead tree sitting in the front yard - contacted Diaco after weeks i have been told they believe the tree was at good condition when it was delievered, it is probably the problem with myself......... It is diappointing, the first tree they took from me was healthy and strong, and i planted it not their staff.....

I spent too much time on this and it all started from they gave me the wrong tree. And now i have been blamed just because i trusted them and i did not take the second tree's photo when it was delivered. Too disappointing

Approximate cost: $130

This is my go to place to purchase all plants for my garden. They have a huge range of trees and plants, and the quality of the product is always excellent. The prices are very reasonable and the service is always excellent with great product knowledge. I personally love the range of natives and kangaroo paws that are available. We also shop at the Mornington and Lynbrook stores.

There's a good selection of fruit and vegetable plants and at a really great price too. Help can be a little hard to come by sometimes though when you do get noticed they are more than happy to assist and do provide great advice and tips.

If you are looking for fruit trees I recommend this shop. We have bought many trees here and they have a wide range of different types of fruit in various sizes at reasonable prices. I think the range of seedlings is also good and slightly cheaper than the big green shop starting with a "B". We have got healthy herbs and vegetables from this shop and they have convenient trolleys to get things to your car. It does get busy on weekends.

I visited this nursery for some new pot plants and wasn't overly impressed. The plant range is not big, and the condition of some of the plants isn't great. Value of plants is quite good, but I noticed that potting mix and fertilisers etc are cheaper elsewhere.

A large nursery that caters for all your garden needs. Pots, plants, pavers, water features, good garden advice and a good delivery service. A place worth looking at before you visit the others.
