Everything you need is provided in this one huge complex- gymnasium with knowledgeable,helpful staff, aerobics, hydrotherapy pool with classes for aqua aerobics and rehab as well as allocated family times, swimming lessons for kids and both indoor and outdoor pools. Always supervised.

I have only used the hydrotherapy facilities which are quite good. There is ample equipment and flotation devices available for use and a very large hydro pool. There is no supervision and assistance as this is a self help group where you need to have your own program organized by a physio before joining.

The facilities there are excellent, private rooms for in-patients and great out-patient program tailored to your specific problem. There are physios specially focusing on pain management (my physio was Heath). Their pain program teaches you strategies to manage and treat chronic pain yourself. Great hydrotherapy with the guidance of the physios.

One of the few chiropractic groups that use the"Gonstead approach." Luke Nelson is very experienced in dealing with this approach for all sorts of ailments. I have been treated for chronic neck and shoulder pain while my husband sees him for knee problems. If you've tried other treatments with little result, give this a go!

All doctors in this medical group are caring and very professional. If you ever have an unusual problem they do not hesitate to ask a colleague to come into the consultation for a second opinion. They immediately contact specialists on your behalf to get you an appointment if they feel it's urgent.

Great care is taken by dentists, especially Dr Hatzis. He gives thorough and detailed explanations of every step of the procedure. The dentists charge at the health funds set rate.
