a great place to take your kids when they are bored, the food is nice, the place could do with a spruce up - but that's what kids do! It's a good way for parents to escape for a little while, relaxing having a coffee while you kids go crazy!

I went to Reflections for a back massage, the therapists are very friendly and my massage was amazing, I don't remember her name, but she totally massaged the right spots that were sore. Even though it's in a shopping center, I totally relaxed and the rooms and atmosphere are very tranquil. I was made to feel very special (I was not feeling that well) and the staff at the reception are very helpful.
