Wonderful staff. Comfortable environment. Very clean and sanitary. Well priced. Accommodating with appointments. Nice atmosphere.

I went to Reflections for a back massage, the therapists are very friendly and my massage was amazing, I don't remember her name, but she totally massaged the right spots that were sore. Even though it's in a shopping center, I totally relaxed and the rooms and atmosphere are very tranquil. I was made to feel very special (I was not feeling that well) and the staff at the reception are very helpful.

i went to reflections to have a deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax, the salon was inviting and the service began normally until it came to put the paraffin wax on my feet being a beauty therapist myself i know that this wax is slowly melted in a bath then applied the therapist left the room telling me she had to go "heat" the wax up as someone had forgotten then after a few minutes came back with the paraffin instead of asking me to check the temperature she got me to put my feet straight into the bags and the wax inside was scalding i took my feet out waited for it to cool then placed then in she when removing the bags she minutes some down my cargo pants didn't apologies and when it came for me to pay i wasn't offered a discount or even an apology back then i didn't want to complain but now i know the value of good customer service as what the importance is and if you experience a problem that you should let them know.

I went to Reflections for an Oxygen Facial & Slimming Body Wrap. When I arrived, I was offered a drink & given a robe to change into. I was very impressed with the personal touch - before you go in they ask for your favourite colours, favourite music, & they tint the room to that colour & put on your choice of music. It's a nice touch. The oxygen facial didn't make a huge difference to my skin, however the slimming wrap worked a charm. I lost inches!!

I go on a regular basis for permanent hair reduction. Although it is quite expensive, the service is very good and the staff are very friendly. Have not been going long enough to rate the quality of the service.

The people at Reflections Marion are very customer focused and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the IPL machines used - they clearly needed replacing. The cost was high and value low. Although they may be good a other beauty treatments, for IPL I would go elsewhere.
