They were very helpful with helping us select a cake and were very accommodating to the changes we wanted to make to it.

Great play center with a fantastic outdoor area for riding bikes.

Indoor equipment is more suited for the older children, there is only a small play area of babies/toddlers and it is away from the tables so parents have to either be at the table or with their baby/toddler.

The play are for the younger children is well set out with the parents being able to sit near the younger children's area without having to get up and chase them around the center.

There is also activities for the older children, such as laser force, air hockey...

The food and service has always been good.

Not very friendly to those with mobility issues, lots of stairs and levels to negotiate.

Seats are allocated at time of ticket purchase, so you don't really get a choice where you sit.

Otherwise, as you would expect for a cinema.

Great novelty and themed gifts and you can get some good bargains if you look around.

Service is good, product range is good however this store is rather busy and it can be hard to maneuver around with a trolley, pram or child.

Due to it being busy, you sometimes have to wait a while to be served.

The customer service at this store was rather disappointing.

They did not approach us for help, even though the store was not busy.
The staff members we interacted with also didn't have good knowledge of their products and were not helpful at all.
