very rude staff(not all). An item was sold to me yesterday as they have done a favor as they had no decent answer regarding return/refund.
today went back to return item(unused) within 24 hrs and was answered(again rudely) that wearables can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
But eventually got ready to give me store credit(gift card).
So, Hygiene issue was just for full refund and was fine to offer gift card instead of refund.
buy from here without uncomfortabl questions, all is good but if you ask, check the change in behaviour.

Great staff, competitive prices and excellent quality. What more can I say about this store, it's brilliant. I have brought my phone, a 3D TV a 3D blu-ray player and many movies from this store, the staff are always happy to answer questions in Laymen's terms and are even willing to take a few dollars off ;)

Great shop can spend hours in here whether im needing a new camera or laptop very affordable music selection is amazing so many to choose from staff extra friendly and very helpful.

i bought my wii and xbox 360 from jb hi fi the qualitys really good the game stores i go to are games and eb games and jb hi fi

Service is good, product range is good however this store is rather busy and it can be hard to maneuver around with a trolley, pram or child.

Due to it being busy, you sometimes have to wait a while to be served.

We have bought quite a few things from here before, sometimes if you need to ask questions, the service can be a bit slow, but they have always been happy to give us a deal on bigger items, and the dvd prices are usually better than anywhere else

Great store, the staff are very helpful. It's a bit smaller than the other stores but still has the same great product. Staff seem knowledgeable and they have great dvd sales.
