Be careful that what they quote you is really what you will pay. I was offered a 20% discount and provided all the figures, then when the contract came out it had the final contract value as the number without the 20% discount with a note on the side about the customer being offered the 20%. I naively trusted freedom kitchens representative and signed not realising that they would then tell me that ‘apparently’ the 20% discount had already applied. I am now in a position where I have to pay an extra $3000 more then I had a budget for. The company lacks integrity.
