Had a carport installed by this company in 2011 and just recently had a storm water down pipe replaced that went through the roof of carport, plumber couldn't stop it from leaking around the join through roof during rain. Rang Install a Verandah, explained the problem, they sent out one of their installers and fixed the leak and that's 6 years after installation.
