The staff are friendly and the office is very nice and well appointed. The experience overall was very good. My son liked him and it seemed like a good match.

However over time my Son developed oral thrush, and refused to wear the plate due to pain in his mouth and throat. When we tried to bring this up, our concerns were not listened to and we were sent away. COVID meant we couldn't see him for almost a year, and it was difficult to see any medical professional. Just prior to the final visit, lock-down eased and we finally convinced the GP who put him on Nylstat and Fungalin, which has shown sure and steady results. So when his mouth was examined during the final visit the infection had gone. But he again didn't listen to us and dismissed our concerns as mouth breathing. Unfortunately my Son has reached the age where a plate will no longer work, so we have lost the opportunity to fix his overbite. Had he listed a year ago, perhaps our situation would have been different.

To be fair my Son is very difficult to get compliant, even without the issue of oral thrush. Also medical professionals in Australia don't seem to believe that oral thrush is a valid problem.
