It is obvious the driver did not care to deliver to the correct address. On the tracking page there was only the option to redeliver and waive your insurance cover or to collect from a collection depot. When talking with the online chat, first excuse;it was due to a delay, then it happened to be the driver finished up for the day as outside of operating hours, then offering a delivery without signature if I am not home, when saying I wanted it to be signed for, it now changed to "you" failed to be home and you have to pick up form collections, followed up by them hanging up the live chat. A second call concluded with that they will not redeliver once it has been dropped to a collection site however the option on the tracking page still lets me ask for a re-delivery but only if I waive my insurance cover. It seems awfully convenient to fail a delivery, then force the customer to either waive insurance cover or force them to pick up from a collections depot. This company is dishonest and actively will try to deceive you. I will be contacting the supplier to use another courier service. I would never use their services for anything.
