PIA has been a great company to work with. My cat got very ill and I had to pay a fair bit of money to get him better. PIA were so quick to help out and reimburse me with very little hassle. I was so grateful. I am really happy with them so much so that I added my little puppy onto the insurance too. I did have an offer/voucher for another insurer but I prefer to stay with a company that I know will help me when I need it. Real value for money. Great service and reliable.
