The WORST customer experience I have ever had. I will NEVER use BecexTech again. There is no number to call, you will NEVER be able to talk to someone about any problem you might have. You will have to wait for an email response every time - it's infuriating. Unless of course you have a fax - lol - it's not the 90s anymore. What does everyone have? a phone! Who has a fax at home?! So the camera was faulty, I sent it away with documentation as instructed, didn't hear anything for two weeks. I chased up the repairers they said they aren't allowed to comment. I chased up BecexTech and now after four weeks (five since I sent my camera away) I'm being told a vague 2-4 week turn around depending on the nature of repairs. And no idea if they'll even honour the warranty. I suspect it would have been a long time before I heard anything if I hadn't chased it up. Now I have a pending film project and no camera.
