Overcharged on the servicing and over nearly twice the estimate on pickup of the serviced vehicle. Additional charges were never advised before the car was ready and I had told them I was on a budget. Some labour was taken off but I had to pay the balance to be able to take my car away. Or an option of refitting the defective parts was another option provided by Kyle…. Ridiculous.
When Consumer Protection investigated lies were told by Ben Armstrong and Danny (Staff who quoted estimate) that I was advised of additional costs. Simply didn’t happen and as I said I was on a budget and would not have allowed the work to go ahead.
You think you get to get away with ripping people off but you are very wrong.
You believe you are able to strong arm people by telling them they cannot take their car if they don't pay, but you are wrong.
You are in the face of the public and you will be accountable for your actions.
If you had bothered to try remedy this when you had the opportunity I would have left it alone.
When you wrong people in this world you need to understand and take responsibility for your actions.
Bring on the electric cars and your archaic car servicing days will soon be over with your outdated business practices. Hopefully by then the quality of Fords staff will improve, perhaps with some environmentally friendly cars on the road your polluted minds will have the opportunity to grow.
Wishful thinking on my behalf but dreams are free.
