DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! We were quoted $1348 for two screen doors and as we want to support local businesses we didn't hesitate, thus paid a 50% deposit of $674 in late OCT 2016 for a pre-Christmas delivery. On the agreed day nobody and nothing turned up, no response to phone messages or emails. So we personally confront [redacted personal identifier] at his place of business who admits nothing had yet been ordered, however promised to rectify matters so that a 27 JAN 2017 delivery would be met. Again, on this agreed day nobody and nothing turned up, and again no response to phone messages or emails. This time when attempting to confront [redacted inflammatory comment] place of business we are confronted with notes on doors/windows stating he is busy attending to deliveries/installations...as if! We gave this business [redacted] plenty of opportunity to meet his obligations, and we do not appreciate being ripped-off! DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS ANY OF YOUR MONEY, [redacted generalisation]
