Very friendly and efficient. Lovely environment - I really like the soft music and subdued lighting. Elizabeth is very strong, so it hurt somewhat but that's OK, I know it helps. And best of all, my NECK!! It was like a miracle, so much relief and movement after. I have NEVER had such immediate relief from any modalities in the past. I'm coming back :)
