I took my dog there after ringing the emergency number. She was in a lot of pain & I was so upset I was beside myself. The receptionist was on the phone & ignored us. Finally she told me to fill in a form with my details then we had to wait over an hour with my dog crying in pain. When we we eventually saw a vet she was finally put to sleep.
The vet we saw was very sympathetic hence the one star rating. If you have an emergency don't go here!
