I had a god and bad experience with this salon. The stylist overcut my fringe(after I specified that I only wanted a trim) but the brow wax and colouring was fine. I posted a complaint on their website and I must say, I was pleased with their fast response to give compensation. Courtney was pleasant and understanding. These things sometimes happen and it’s how they are dealt with which shows the quality of customer service that this salon has. Thanks.
