Thank you Mr Switch. I was frustrated with my internet service provider trying to sort out failed internet connection. I was also limited by a knee injury and being home on crutches. I called Mr Switch and received friendly and attentive attentive from the operator and she was able to arrange same day service. The technician, Steve was on time, friendly and thorough. If only I could say the same for my internet service provider.
