Be very cautious with RT Edgar. They have held my deposit money after settlement. The settlement went through without any issues and the conveyancer paid on time without any issue. RT Edgar have kept the 10% deposit and still have not released the funds. They keep saying they are looking into and will get back to me with a very suspicious and nervous tone. This situation is very concerning and I have lost all confidence in this business and will have to commence legal action to get the money they are supposed to hold on trust which is absurd!

Do not trust RT Edgar with your deposit money.

Be very careful when choosing MYOB Account Right. When Microsoft updates Windows - MYOB's Account Right will no longer work - won't open. ALL the fixes provided by MYOB fail to work as well - I have tried everything they suggest - all I get is error messages. As a result my business is shutdown because of MYOB being unable to process orders and produce invoices etc. I am now getting the run around with tech support transferring me and making me wait, and wait for someone. MYOB support is absolutely useless and their support staff are horrible.

Furthermore if you use SSD hard drives and need to install to another system drive MYOB does not allow you to do it unless you install it as a terminal server and if you do they will not support it and tell you as much on the telephone.

All in all MYOB is a terrible business to deal with and their products are outdated rubbish.
