The thing I loved about my time with Jo was that she took the time to get to know me and really connect with me as a person. She offered support, compassion and care and a belief in me that I was lacking at the time.I looked forward to my sessions each week and loved the feeling of total relaxation. I have a stronger sense of self, empowerment, "I've got this" and control are in my life. I am very grateful for my time here and for Jo's professionalism, care and support.
