We had our wedding cake made here as it was part of our package.

The cake was exactly what I was hoping for and more! The colour was perfect and the flavours were excellent! People kept commenting on the design and the presentation.

The service received was quite good. Due to the wedding package we had, we were entitled to a 3 tier cake, but as we didn't have the numbers to warrant such a large cake, we opted for a 2 tier. The man serving us suggested they put in a fake layer as the design we had, would look better with more tiers. The man was happy he was saving money and we were happy we got a fabulous looking and tasting cake!

I used Stella Lee for my wedding and she did the make-up and hair (with some help of a friend as we were a a big group) for me, my bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law.

Stella was friendly and welcoming during my trial and I knew I wanted to use her immediately! I went to the trial thinking I wanted a light and natural look and Stella did exactly that. One of my bridesmaids suggested I try the smokey look, which I was highly dubious about, however Stella pulled it off perfectly. The make-up wasn't too dark and was pefect for my skin tone. I absolutely loved it and that was the look I ended up going for. All up the trial went for about 2 hours. It was a super hot day that day and I went home and cleaned the house and ran around doing errands and the make-up stayed on the whole time!

On the day of our wedding, she did our make-up and hair perfectly (despite no trials being done for the bridesmaids) and even helped me throughout the day by straightening my dress and doing touch-ups frequently.

Stella really helped ease the stress of the day and she was just a star! I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I got married at Gardens on Forest in November 2011.

They were professional, attentive and worth every cent! The staff were exceptional throughout the whole process and were happy to make any arrangements necessary.

The food was amazing and the package included everything so we didn't have to worry about a thing! We only had to pick what we wanted, out of the options they had and they did everything else!

To this day, people are still raving about the venue and the food!

I can not recommend Gardens on Forest and their staff, highly enough.

We chose to go with Sydney Wedding Flowers because they provided exceptional face to face customer service and were professional.

After they had received our money, there was an extreme lack of communication (emails were replied to weeks after sending them and after numerous follow up emails were sent. The phone always rang out and phone calls were never returned). I honestly didn't even think the flowers were going to turn up on the day!!

The flowers were what I wanted, however the all the bouquets were uneven and dying by the time they got to me. Some of the pin on flowers for the boys broke before the ceremony even started and if they weren't broken, the flowers were starting to wilt and the petals were falling off!

I would not be recommending Sydney Wedding Flowers to anyone. Save yourself the stress and hassle and pay a little bit extra to get quality service.
