An order has placed with your company for the total cost of $873.99 by a wheelchair bound person for accessories for his new wheelchair access vehicle, the monies that you have taken is a whole fortnight's pension for him and you failed to deliver any of the products that he has ordered, 10 days later nothing has been sent out at all even though you have some of the products in stock. Your company has charged him $65 for a console cover which you infact have failed to return his calls to advise him if you can even supply this product. This is disgusting service from your company, all you do is take peoples money and fail to advise them of the progress of the order, no calls returned as promised, not a word from your company at all! I will be taking this further to Consumer Protection and leaving feedback for others to see so your customers can get a true picture of what your company does! Reviews are going to be appearing all over the internet, your potential customers need to know what really happens, the typical car sales attitude on the phone to take your money to get a sale but no after service what so ever after that!

EDIT: We asked this company to proceed with the order, then they block me from their Facebook Page and advise that refund is being issued, yet no monies have been received into bank account. This company will steal your monies and consistently lie about their own actions, they won't acknowledge their own mistakes and takes advantage of vunerable people. I will be following up with Ministry of Fair Trading, this behaviour is totally unacceptable!!!!! Motoquipe denies that we called them to ask them for a status update on the Consolve Cover for the vehicle, order was placed on 6 November and being toward the end of the day at the time that the order was placed, I was advised that they would call back the next morning after they checked with their factory, no call was received, I then called again on 7 November and asked the status if they could supply the console cover which they had happily taken the money for, they couldn't advise and promised that they would call back and never did, this was requested of them twice, I also requested both on 6 November at the time of placing the order and again on 7 November to send the items that they did have in stock being the floor mats and we would happily wait the standard time for the rest, but no items were ever sent nor was any update ever provided as promised. The staff from this company lie to try to make themselves look good and all they are interested is taking advantage of vunerable people and taking your money! They have been reporting our reviews to try to hide the truth from people. We have the invoice and phone logs here to prove that this is not a fake review.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S6 handset into your Riverlink store on Friday, 10 February 2017 to get the battery changed, they changed the battery there for me but when I left with the supposingly repaired phone, the glass on the rear camera was cracked (was not like this before being repaired), then could hardly get a signal on the phone as well (worked perfectly prior to having the battery changed). I went back on Saturday, 11 February and advised that about the glass around the camera and it was repaired on the spot, but the technician took the sim card out of the phone and then put it back in, saw that it had a signal and sent me on my way. I had advised the technician on both occasions that I was visiting Brisbane from Perth so couldn't come back if something else was wrong, we were going home the very next day on Sunday. The handset had been restarted so many time but still hadn't fixed the issue of hardly getting a signal anywhere, signal was much weaker than it had ever been. I came on Sunday back to Perth and still the signal was an issue, I then replaced the sim card and also did a factory reset on the handset which didn't fix the problem, I rang your store on Monday, 13 Feb and was advised that to throw the handset in the bin and that it was not fixable by a male customer service person who didn't even check with your tech who was at lunch at the time, no offer of getting tech to call me back at all was made. I have since then on Monday evening taken the handset to tech here in Perth who has looked at the phone and discovered THAT YOUR TECH DAMAGED MY AERIAL INSIDE MY HANDSET WHEN SHE REPLACED THE BATTERY and it cost me another $80 to get the aerial replaced here in Perth with a different tech and the handset is now infact working perfectly with getting a signal. I rang your store yesterday and was again fobbed off which is now why I am taking to the internet to leave negative feedback here to warn everybody about your Riverlink store that it is a really bad tech in that store and to never take any equipment there to be repaired, they may cause more damage to their devices! NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO ANY OF YOUR STORES AND I AM TAKING TO THE INTERNET TO SHARE MY STORY OF WHAT EXTRA DAMAGE THAT YOUR TECH CAUSED TO MY PHONE!
