Aspen Air installed our central air conditioning about 15 months ago. At the time they provided a very good price and the install went perfectly with the chaps double checking placements of vents and offering suggestions when asked.
Since then we have contacted Chris on two occasions, once due to a power outage in our area on a Friday night. We received immediate assistance which solved the problem. This week Justin responded to a concern which turned out to be “user error“ on using the iPad thermostat. We both appreciate the team at Aspen Air.
A year after a large remodel involving about fifteen or twenty companies, Aspen Air has been the best in customer service - their promptness, courtesy and job completion is outstanding. We unreservedly recommend them.
