This is a great shop. Good staff, fabulous stock. A little hard to pick up larger items with your car. I have bought a lot here and I hope they do not compromise be adding kitchy items like Barbaras home wares have done. Great stuff - love it

On a recent shopping trip to Autograph, the sales assistant was very busy with a long line of customers waiting to be served. She never once lost her cool. Had a smile on her face and apologised sincerely to everyone she served for the wait. She still made you feel that everyone was important. Well done the the staff person.

This store does not cater for mothers with prams. You cannot manouvre around the store and the staff were really unhelpful is assisting me to get to what I wanted to see. I left disgusted and they missed out on a sale because I wanted to purchase some baby linen

The staff are great - very humorous. Service is quick quick quick. The coffee and cake specials are good value. Coffee is always excellent. They never have a bad day
