Had a delivery this morning. Male called me from the front of my house instead of walking an extra 5 steps to my front door. I asked he access the side gate to deliver the grass and he opened the gate, walked through with the grass, and as he left, didn’t bother closing the gate. Let my dogs outside whilst I take my child to school and head off to work, but instead I get to look for my dogs.l that have escaped.

Another disappointment is the amount of dirt on my driveway. Could’ve unloaded the delivery on the grass or something…

Go to a more professional company. This just isn’t it.

Would highly recommend you see someone that’s professional. Possibly the worst practise around. Staff are rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

Been lied to, had my waist long hair completely damaged. Have spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix the damage THEY CAUSED to my hair. This is what I get for trusting someone who doesn’t care about how they even present themselves.

Went for a dye, blow, style cut, etc, the girl that couldn’t stop looking at her own reflection as if she was a deer in lights, got dye EVERYWHERE! She got it on my LV tote, which I was able to get out with my condition, however getting dye out of my brand new $300 guess jeans and simply asking for a solution in getting this out, this is my response.

Im sorry this has occurred however SS are not liable for personal items ,handbags including, clothing. We provide towels and cape to every client and stylists are trained to take the utmost care, it is the clients responsibility to ensure the cape is covering all of their personal items, body etc as we cannot guarantee to replace personal items.

In the spirit of compromise I will offer a complimentary cut and blowdry voucher to use in any SS store location. Please provide a postal address to either Stephanie or Kylee on the cc email addresses and they will send you out a voucher to use in any store location.

In conclusion, I cannot provide advice on removal of stain, as this is not our field of service, and I will alert and provide details of this complaint to the team at the MT Ommaney location .
