Dear Eddie, I am just writing to say how very pleased I am with the job completed today. The guys were extremely hard working and efficient. They took care to handle even small details with professionalism and were a pleasure to work with – polite but also friendly and helpful. I am writing this because we often neglect to say “great job!” to those that serve us – even when they deserve it.
