Shaun was very thorough, very efficient and a pleasure to do business with. He called when he said he was going to call, he was punctual on the day and he didn't try to up-sell me. The carpets come up brilliantly. I will be using Shaun's services again in the future. After seeing the job that he did, so will my mum.
There was an issue with my email, Shaun went out of his way to post me the receipt after the job had been done & paid for.
