We recently had our both our kids wardrobes fitted out by Matt from Encore. If you are looking for expert advice, amazing customer service and excellent quality robes, then look no further and contact Matt straight away. From the moment I met with Matt I knew I would go ahead with his quote over others I had previously obtained. He showed up on time, had fantastic communication and was very professional. He listened to what I had in mind and worked with me and gave further ideas to make both of the robes extremely functional and practical. He removed the basic single rail and shelf I had in each robe, he patched the wall so beautifully which meant a very quick paint job by us left the robes ready for install. The quality of the robe fit outs is beyond excellent, beautiful draws and handles and soft close. My daughter’s gorgeous glass jewellery draw leaves me envious and I’ll be getting Matt back to fit out both my husbands and my robes very soon. My 6 year old was so thrilled with her little draw to put her jewellery and perfumes and as she grows this will be so perfect for her.
He offered to fix the terrible tracks and wheels I had installed by the builder, so now my doors roll and close perfectly. I’ve never met a nicer tradie, so kind and friendly, and I really enjoyed our conversations. Matt cleaned up any mess before leaving and took away all the rubbish. He used rugs to through our hallway protect our floors which was greatly appreciated, not many tradies bother to take such care. He was happy to travel to do our job, and even was so kind to my little kids running around. The extreme kindness he showed to my husband and I as we are going through a difficult time at the moment, just showed me that amazing kind people still exist.
Thank you Matt for my kids gorgeous robes! You are one of a kind, hard working and amazing tradie. You clearly love what you do and take pride in your work to go above and beyond customers expectations. I tell everyone about your work and can’t wait to get you back to do the next 3 robes.
