These guys are awesome. There pastries and cakes are some of the best I have had and they make some wonderful healthy wraps and a fantastic coffee!

Lovely coffee and cakes in a great atmosphere any time of day plus the meals are very tasty and huge sizes. Very affordable too!

this is a little hidden gem for all the vegetarians and vegans out there. Amazing vegan pizza, products and treats. The mock cheese is great and also very handy for those with a lactose intolerance. My husband tells me the meat pizzas are fantastic too :) Highly recommended

This place is amazing for pregnancy and mums with young children. They actually have massage tables with a hole for your belly so you can get the full experience. The staff are wonderful, its a gorgeous place and they have a beautiful creche for your children! They offer everything you can think of including hair and make no mistake you will leave feeling pampered and special.

Jurlique have amazing products that are natural, organic and WORK! The day spa is just lovely. You are really pampered and its very much worth it. They do vouchers so great for gifts and give samples to try as well. I love the Moor body Wrap and also the body scrub. Just bliss!

This clinic is excellent. It is clean and modern, teh staff are all fantastic. The take their time and do a proper thorough job and offer frequent customer incentives and specials and prices are reasonable too. They use the highest quality products.

Lea is very experienced and competent and a really lovely caring person. She specialises in fertility and pregnancy acupuncture and is also a qualified midwife. Her acupuncture is very effective :)

This is an amazing local gym with new equipment, great facilities and caring owners. Membership is some of the best value I have seen and they go above and beyond to help you out. For yoga fans it is the best yoga I have ever done!

Nice, cosy cafe in the heart of Port Noarlunga. Friendly staff, good menu and great coffee. Nice atmosphere for a casual meal or catch up. Breakfast is a highlight.
