Nice, recently refurbished bistro area. I have a severe food allergy, and they bent over backwards to accommodate my requirements. They made me a gorgeous chicken and penne with a creamy sauce. My partner got a steak and salad and said she loved them. There were quite a few families there with young children, and there was a good selection of children's meals like nuggets and spag bol. Delicious food, very reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Approximate cost: $17.50
We had our dog desexed here recently and I cannot praise them enough. Such caring and understanding staff who made it a little easier for me to leave him there. Very professional and competitively priced, this is a great place to take your fur baby (or feathered......or scaled).
We went here for the first time last night and were VERY impressed! Reception staff were great, centre was nice and clean, and the doctor was very thorough. Will definitely be going back!
Nice clean, well laid out store. Huge variety of children's clothing and of underwear. Their sizing in womenswear is a little on the small side, so take that into account when purchasing.
Love Spotlight! Lots of variety and somewhere I spend WAYYY too much time and money. Everything craft is here! They have bed linen too, although sometimes it's a little expensive. My only complaint is that the older members of staff are quite rude.
Bendigo's busiest shopping centre. It has it all, except decent food. Lots of specialty stores and the usual suspects (woolies/bigw). Good opening hours, parking is free, which is a bonus, but we find there are not enough disabled parking spaces.
This is my number one fav shop for all things computer/tv/games/dvds/cds. Always great prices, and some really good specials! Customer service is good, even when busy. Staff are knowledgeable about their products! All around a great place to shop.
I'm rating this purely on my limited experience with the company, and, in particular, an experience I had today. I was leaving Strathdale Shopping Centre when I saw a taxi pull up to pick up a very frail, elderly lady and her shopping. The driver sat in his seat and didn't move. The poor old thing was trying to open the door and lift her groceries and put them in the back seat because the driver didn't even open the boot.
I approached the taxi, leaned into the car and said to the driver "You could have helped her". His response? "yes". I loaded her groceries for her and saw her into the cab safely. Most disappointing to see such an inconsiderate person.
Big store, lots of variety. I was particularly impressed with the range of craft supplies. Good line of homewares.. especially the Buddha range - very cute. Clean, well set out store, but checkout staff could be a little friendlier.
It's our closest grocery store and we go there when we need something 'now'. It's not very well set out. Crowded. Fruit and veg are not as fresh as we would like, but they often have good meat specials.
