My very first driving lesson was with this school and I was given the owners son as an instructor. They were very trusting of me as a first time driver and that gave me quite a bit of confidence. I had seen their cars all over the Seaford area and that's why I gave them a try. I wasn't disappointed with the service but then again I certainly wouldn't rave about it. I used another school the next time so maybe that's the best way to describe the service.

the local fish and chip shop had no competition until Saqfeway opened at Baxter along with a grouop of small shops, one of which was Zaks. The blew the competition away! The quality of the food was awesome! Batter on the fish and potato cakes is so light and crispy it's great. The food is never greasy and always fresh. It's great to have a local fish and chip shop that really does a quality product.

My husband had a home recording studio powered by a whole lot of computers and I had my computer for the net etc. When his broke down and he 'borrowed' mine I wanted it back ASAP. We found Krl in the local paper and he turned up took the computer away to be repaired, brought it back when he said he would and charged a very reasonable fee for it. I would definitely recommend him again.

If you live down on the penninsula then you know how hard it is to get to the airport without spending a fortune on petrol and then have to find parking to keep your car....hopefully safe! A taxi from Frankston to the airport is about $150 and that is 1 way. The best way is to beook a seat on the airport bus. Cheaper than car and parking costs and definitely cheaper than a cab it really is the best solution. Sit back and read a book while someone else does the driving.

I visit the medical centre that is next door so it is very convenient to use the chemist. The first visit was great, the pharmacist whose name was Norton was friendly, helpful and it was great. The next couple of times I was served by Theresa who is another pharmacist there and I have never met a ruder woman in customer service. She would not acknowledge people waiting and when someone else walked in she actually tutted! She served people out of order and refused to help an older woman who needed advice. It was as if the customers were ruining her day. She should not be working with the public. This is a true account of what happened.

Baz Rompa who is the Baz in Bazlec was referred to me by a woman I work with and I used him to replace the flourescent light in the kitchen. He was on time, did a great job, cleaned up after he finished and was the cheapest electrician by far. Since then I had him put a fan on a light fitting and he will be updating my trip switches soon. Great to find an honest tradesman who charges a fair price and does a good job.

The alternator on my car went and I needed it fixed pretty urgently as I had to get the kids from school that day. They were the closest so I dropped in and they said I could leave the car and pick it up with a new alternator in 2 hours. True to their word it was ready and the price was average and as quoted.

I was unhappy with my sons paediatrician so on a referral from another parent we went to see Dr.Lowther. He gave us all the time we wanted and more information than I had ever been given. All my concerns were treated seriously and everything was explained so I always understood. He was fantastic with my son and very easy to talk to. The reception staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

There are not alot of bulk billing Dr's around but this is one centre that does it. 3 G.P's and open from 8am during the week. Very busy and if you have an appointment you will usually wait 30-60 minutes past your appt time. Very frustrating if you have children or other appointments.
