Firstly, I've never written a bad review for anyone before, but I felt that the treatment (or non-treatment) that we received warranted this write up.

We tried to book a campervan online. On their website it says they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. 2 days later, there was still no contact. When I called them for the third time they answered the phone and told me that they only just received my booking the night before. So, was my online booking floating around the internet for a whole day before landing with them?? I decided to let this go and then tried to ask how the booking was going. They said they would get onto it and call me back in up to 4 hours. Nothing. I called them the next day and they gave me some excuse about not being able to get in touch with the company that we had picked for the van rental. Fair enough, but if I'm the paying customer I expect to not have to do all the chasing up of communications. Terrible communication, poor excuses and very bad customer service over the phone. Seems like it was all too much of a bother for them to book a van - although isn't this their job?

Ended up losing 3 days of booking time which meant that when we just decided to ring around the individual companies a lot of the vehicles had already been booked out in this time. So to cut a long story short, you are much better off doing the leg work yourself! Just don't bother, cut out the middle man and do it yourself!
