i used Pawz Pet Sitting and Homecare services when they were recommended to me by my dog washer after I mentioned I was looking for someone after cancelling a booking with another pet sitter because of a bad experience. Teresa from Pawz went over and above what I expected by coming out quite a few times for complimentary visits so my babies could get used to her, always on time and she stayed for as long as needed and I felt comfortable with her straight away. My babies are rescue dogs with a history of abuse and don't trust easily but I couldn't believe how well they took to her. While I was away I received daily updates and pictures through Facebook which put my mind at ease and when we came home from our trip my babies were happy and healthy and Teresa even left a goodie pack for each of them. I will definitely be using Pawz Pet Sitting again and I can highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this service. I found their carer to be unreliable with initial appointments and I was concerned that this unreliability would continue while I was away on holiday and my pets would not be properly cared for. I had paid this business in full even though there was no requirement to do so and after advising that I wished to cancel I received a 50% refund via direct deposit with an offer of a pet sit credit with this business for the 50% balance. I have declined this offer as I do not feel happy or comfortable to use their services again. I was not aware of their cancellation policy. I did not meet the owner of the business but I have had some unpleasant phone calls and emails regarding this matter with her and I am currently dealing with Fair Trading. Unfortunately given the circumstances I cannot recommend this business.
