I wish I'd seen the Fair Trading listing indicating this company as fraudulent. I have been trying for 5 months to get a refund of a subscription box I have never received!! None of my correspondence via email or social media has been responded to and I'M STILL BEING CHARGED BY THEM!! I posted a genuine query to their Facebook page about not receiving anything and I have been blocked. It's very messed up. Whoever is running this company should be in jail.
