Darren was here on time, courteous, professional and got the job done on time and on budget. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and will defiantly use him again.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this store. I ordered a floating floor and carpet to 2 bedrooms. The floating floor was a nightmare to have installed with the installer, who also works as a salesman, wasting 3 days of my time. I took time off work to have the floors laid and I could have gone to work. He was never on time when he actually did turn up, there was not enough material to finish the floor the first time he came, and when he finally finished laying it he didn't leave until 10 pm that night. He would come over, work for an hour than disappear for ages. Hopeless.

My carpet layer was here when he said he would be. I was not told that I had to pay the installers cash on the day, which I think is dodgy as my contract is with the store, he had to come back the next day which was a good thing cause the carpet had come away from the skirting boards. I have found again that the carpet is coming away from skirtings when I vacuumed today.

I would not go near this store if they we're the last store in Newcastle. They turned what should have been an exciting and happy event of moving into my new home into a nightmare that lasted a couple of weeks and now is still not over as I attempt to get the carpet layer back.

Amazing value for money and the fatest delivery I have ever come across. Ordered on Monday morning and received in the post on wedensday. Would use again.
