I love myself some Italian food and this is a place to definitely go to after a walk at the beach. Good location and friendly staff, however sometimes it is too friendly that it gets annoying. Nonetheless, food is great and price is what you would expect.

Love the Yum Cha here! Very noisy however as I am a person who enjoys peace and privacy. It is quite fun to experience the asian culture. Parking is quite a problem, you will need to park a little far away and have a short walk to the place but that is ok. Cheap food and good quality, thats all I am asking for! Give this place a try.

The place is not that clean, feels a little sticky and is quite stuffy. Food however, is quite good. Prices are reasonable as well, I used to come here a lot but due to the amount of people inside and the noisy chattering, I tend to not go there unless really craving some Canton style food.

Great place, I pass this shop often as I go to work. Great thing about this place is that it is dog friendly, if I lived locally I would bring my dog out for a meal there too! Food is alright, price is fine but there are quite a lot of cars passing by in the morning so it is a little less private.

Convenient as it is near Sydenham station, not too crowded and is very quick. Love my coffee here as well on days where I have to go to Tempe/Sydenham. Friendly service and great food.

Good food for all those who love some Sichuan asian cuisine! For your information, Sichuan food is always known for its hot use of chilli! Great food but it sort of expensive, great for once a year visits.

Good quality drinks which are very overpriced. I recommend having drinks there if you can get some sort of a discount but for the norm, don't go there unless you have a wallet full of busting cash.

Although not very professional, they can do a good haircut for young men or boys and women. It is very cheap and in a quite convenient location. Sometimes you will experience long waiting times and it can also be quite stuffy in there. But it is not that bad for a cheap haircut.

Quite expensive tutoring in a semi-busy location. The teachers are real teachers from schools but once again, they overload the students with work and don't really teach them with care. It is more like a "sweat shop" of education.

I come here regularly to check parts for my computer. Price is not that well but the service is actually quite ok. They know what they are talking about but assume that you know nothing about computers. So if you really don't know much about computers, don't come here because they will fool you into buying overpriced items.
